Started primary boil and initiated kettle souring. Added 4oz of lactose with the boil; after further research, lactose should have been added post kettle souring. |

Measured pH of wort and was ready to continue brewing process. Added 15.5oz of tamarind paste to boil, taste-tested and added 4oz lactose to compensate mistake. |
