Notes

1) Add 5 medium/large Jalapeño’s sliced and chopped minus seeds and veins of half. Added to whirlpool at 180 and held for 10 minutes before cooling.

2) Add 3 medium jalapeños to the primary for 2 days starting on day 4-5. sliced and chopped then soaked 10 minutes in 1.5 cups of wort at 180. For less heat remove seats and veins.

3) Add 3 medium jalapeños when transferred to secondary around day 12. First slice, devein and remove seeds then roast at 425 for 20 min. For more heat leave in seeds and veins. Remove after 2-3 days.

4) If more jalapeño flavor, aroma or heat is needed add 2-5 additional jalapeños around day 16 for 2-3 days then keg or bottle.
