Notes

After the 30 minute boil is complete, turn off the heat and add 1 oz of Trident hops and allow to steep for 10 minutes before chilling.

Then cool wort to 170F and stop chilling. Add 2 oz of Trident hops and allow to steep for 15 mins.

Cool wort to 72 degrees and transfer to fermenter. Add yeast and Tilt.

Once cap of foam appears add 1 oz Trident hops directly to fermenter.

After primary is finished remove yeast and add 1 oz Trident hops.

AFter 2 weeks, transfer to keg.
