Quick Water Requirements
Water Gallons  Quarts
WARNING: Boil kettle capacity (12 gal | 48 qt) exceeded. Volume required: 12.88 gal (51.5 qt). Suggest reducing initial water volume to 12 gal (48 qt) and adding 0.88 gal (3.5 qt) sparge/top-off.
Heat water added to kettle 16.05 64.2
Mash volume with grains (equipment estimates 16.05 g | 64.2 qt) 18.13 72.5
Grain absorption losses (steeping) -3.25 -13
Volume increase from sugar/extract (early additions) 0.08 0.3
Pre boil volume 12.88 51.5
Boil off losses -1.5 -6
Hops absorption losses (first wort, boil, aroma) -0.15 -0.6
Post boil volume 11.23 44.9
Hops absorption losses (whirlpool, hop stand) -0.23 -0.9
Going into fermentor 11 44
WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Recipe # 1 had 1 oz of all three hop varieties in WP.
Recipe # 2 had 2 oz of all three in WP.
Recipe # 3 had 3 oz of all three in WP.

2 and 3 both had low OGs so hard to tell.

After acid addition Mash PH 5.65

Hop aroma is good on all batches and improved on 2 and 3 however could be boosted. Need to trial possible recipe # 2 with doubling dry hop additions.

Review
Color is spot on. Nice honey color alcohol needs to be higher but shouldve been fine and balanced had the mill gap not of been off.
Future recipe could trial more classic west coast with Columbus,
Centennial, and Cascade. Or possibly 100% Simcoe or Nelson Beer.
