煮沸時に322ℓあって、煮沸後315ℓ⇒発酵タンクには310ℓきっかり
で、本来1.054目指してたのに、1.05着地で、そこから1.045着地に変更して水を足した。そしたら、着地がさらに落ちて1.043。
