All 12 gallons will go into medium fermenter and 1/2 lbs of cocoa nibs and 4 vanilla beans will be added after primary fermentation.

At kegging time, 16 ozs of cold brewed coffee will be added to 1 keg, the other will have 4 ozs of coconut extract added.
