Heat to 150F and to Mash and boil set to 85F
8# sugar
1gal molasses
Oxygenate next morning and pitch yeast
Ferment at 85F for 5 days

Stripping run:
Rack/spigot wash off trub
Heat on high setting to 218F
1.6 kW setting
1.25 gal stripping run to 20%

Second run:
1.25 gal stripping distillate
0.5 gal low wines (leftover in M&B from stripping run)
