Toast nuts in the oven at 350 for 10-15 min on a single layer baking sheet. Stir them and go for another 10-15 minutes until they smell nice and toasted.

Blend them but not too much, add to muslim bag after the beer has feremented (day 7)

Use 10-15.5 oz per 5 gallon so probably 1 lb would be fine.

Leave in for 1-2 weeks
