Notes

June 8, 2024 - Mashed in to reach 151. Collected at 11 gal at 12 Brix. Added 2 gal H2O to reach 10 Brix, 1040. Boiled 13 gallons for 90 min, hopping per schedule. The OG ended up at 1.048 so added 1 gal of Publix Spring Water equally to each carboy (1/2 gal/carboy) to bring it down to 1.044.

July 14, 2024 - bottled second batch w 2/3rd cup corn sugar and 2 tsp APEX Blueberry. FG 1.010
