Notes

Brewed with frozen raspberries from Aldi/Lidl. Thawed overnight and sanitised by stirring in a disolved campden tablet.
This beer tasted very good after a few weeks conditioning, the raspberry taste is evident but not overpowering and the beer has a nice refreshing tartness.
