Notes

Starting into picobrew automated brewing: Had some 2-row and a little bit of caramel 60L, and flash frozen cascade hops.

Gave it a full brew cycle on the pico S, then pitched a starter of ~4g Lallemand Kveik Voss at 100F. Used a seed-tray warming mat wrapped around a 1.75Gal keg to keep it at ~100F for 3 days, started seeing flocculation after 8 hours or so (this one gets busy fast).

Copied recipe calls for OG of 1.05, FG of 1.012; Actual was 1.049 and 1.011 - with a cold crash once I hit 1.012 on the Tilt.
Cold crashed in kegerator, took probably a day or so to come down to 48F, will either use floating dip tube, or transfer to another keg for serving, CO2 force carb to get that grain-to-glass in 5 days.

Cheers!
