Notes

This turned out to be a rich and tasty dark Weizenbock. Unfortunately it was a bit more bitter than it should, which makes sense since I used 50g instead of 35g of hops, as other recipes suggested. I had exactly 50g and didn't want to be stuck with 15g that I wouldn't know what to do with. That was a mistake! Other than that, it turned out exactly as expected.
