The recipe template does not allow me to show this, but 200g Light Crystal, 100g Melanoidin, 2kg Amber Malt and 150g Roasted Barley was steeped separately from the main mash in 10l water at 55°C for 60 minutes. The colour was then adjusted to the colour of stong tea before adding the solution to the boiling kettle. |
