Notes

Heat 4 gallons water to boil.
Turn off heat, add Rice Syrup Solids & Candi Syrup, stir until dissolved.
Add 5g gypsum.
Boil 60 min w/hop additions & finings.
At flame-out, add honey & stir till fully dissolved
Cool to ca. 60F.
Aerate 7 pitch yeast.
Ferment @ 63F
At terminal, keg & carbonate
