Notes

-90min boil
-mash in at 148°F (64°C) with 1.5 quarts/pound of grain. Heat to 161°F (72°C) and rest for 20 minutes. Heat to 170°F (77°C) and rest 15 minutes. Open ferment at 48°F (9°C) for 12 days.
-Strict lager fermentation temperatures should be adhered to, with primary at about 50°F, secondary at 35 to 40°F, and a couple days late in fermentation at 60 to 65°F.
-Mash for 90 minutes instead of 60 at 152°F (67°C)
