Brewed March 24, 2024 - Roughly based on BYO American Pale Ale Style Guide but targeting to low 5% ABV. Mashed at 153.5°F for 60 min. Sparged 60 min, collected 6.5 gal. Added 0.5 gal for boil. Boiled 60 min, hop charges as specified. Waited 10 min before active cooling to give aroma hops a chance to add impact. Collected about 5.5 gal at 11.8 Brix (1.0475). Pitched Safale US-05

This batch landed exactly @ 70% Efficiency

Kegged on May 12, 2024...a bit late, but oh well. Landed @09 like specified
