Recirculated using immersion chiller to cool to 160, hop stand/whirlpool for 25 mins. Cooled to 66 and pitched on Wit 3944 from previous batch. Refractometer said 1.063 and Tilt said 1.058- either way, this yeast should get down to at 1.01, likely lower. Hopefully no blow out given lack of head space. |

Really good. As in this is my IPA plan going forward. Tastes like it smells, for a change, zero alcohol, nice bittering, color, carb- top 3 I've made. |
