Recirculated using immersion chiller to cool to 160, hop stand/whirlpool for 25 mins. Cooled to 66 and pitched on Wit 3944 from previous batch. Refractometer said 1.063 and Tilt said 1.058- either way, this yeast should get down to at 1.01, likely lower. Hopefully no blow out given lack of head space.

Really good. As in this is my IPA plan going forward. Tastes like it smells, for a change, zero alcohol, nice bittering, color, carb- top 3 I've made.
