Notes

The grains are steeping grains so we will handle them differently than usual.

  • heat 7 gallons water to 160F
  • Mill the grain then add all 7 lbs to grain bags and leave an constant temp for 30 minutes. Don't exceed 170F or it will get bitter.
  • remove the grain bag and add water to 25 gall in kettle for boil with hops and herseys chocolate additions
