enzyme did indeed seem to work, boosted efficiency up to 85-90% depending on 5.25-5.35 Gallons

out of imp triple double omega good sub
only bought 2 oz of saaz instead of 3 so instead of .54 and 1.5 I adjusted to get ibu close

crushed coriander seed
fermain added a few days into fermentation
replaced 2nd lb of candi syrup with 1 lb cane sugar
