Notes

Brewed on the 11th Feb 2024.

Mash in Ph was 5.5.

Mash temp was between 65 and 67c

After sparge I have 65l in the boil kettle so I increased my boil time from an original 60min to 90min to assist with evaporation.

Pre boil sg is 1.040 - just a little off the 1.042 predicted. If my preboil volume as as planned at 55l - I would have hit the pre boil SG.

Ended up with 46l in the fermenter.

Added yeast starter at 8.10pm. Pitch temp was 26c.

Will now ferment at 20c.
