Notes

The homebrew supply shop f*cked up my malts, they were not crashed properly, like half of the grains were intact... as a result the beer ended up at 5.4% abv, however the beer still turned out excellent. Every flavour I was looking for, was there. Pine, resin, grapefruit, orange, citrus, caramel/bread and grapefruit bitterness. Without a doubt one of the best hoppy beers I've brewed so far. On the pictures it shows a more reddish color, in reality it's a beautiful amber color.
