Notes

Jan 24, 2024: First brew with an all in one brew system. Still a few things to learn but a great brew day. Nailed OG.
Strong fermentation the first 3 days, then really slowed down.
Holding fermentation temp at 66-68 degrees.
Dropped Temp to 62 degrees to dry hop: Feb 2-4

  • pulled dry hops out on Feb 4
  • brought temp back up to 66
    Cold crashed on Feb 7
    Racked beer to keg on Feb 11
