|
US-05 is starting to drop clear at 1.0095 but bry-97 still cloudy at 1.009. Fruity hop aroma and fruit hop flavor with pronounced bitterness in flavor. Significant malty sweetness present. Should eventually balance. But both samples now too yeasty to provide good notes on. Turning off temp control to chamber so will sit at least a day at ~76f |

Both samples at same gravity. Still some signs of fermentation. Dropping temp to 71 while out in a trip. For 8 days. Will crash, transfer, and dry hop then. |
