39 bottles for conditioning. Avoided UV light this time. taste is good but expecting more sediment that normal with this batch. Should have waited a day to bottle after moving fermenter to allow for resettlement. |

Good head and carbonation 6 days in the bottle and overnight in the fridge. Sweet (though fairly dry), cookie (biscuit) and honey was prominent before thorough chilling, with some banana from the yeast (Abbaye) coming after a night in the fridge. Color is right on. Alcohol is stands out, but balanced with the (perceived) sweetness and hops bitterness. I'd increase the orange peel 4x in future batches. |
