Notes

Amazon kit... doesn't say much about hops or actually boiling the wort.

So mash 3#'s of 2 row at 152 for 30 min.
Add water for 4-5 gal max
Bring to a boil, add hopped extract
add chiller
continue for 10 min
add sugar
kill heat
add their extra hops
Mash 2-230. meat thermometer was slow to respond. mash temp stayed too high. got it to 148 fairly quickly.
310-325 boil

extremely bitter.. possible IBU calc.
