Notes

First time doing this recipe.

Added
250 ml of Vanilla extract
850 ml of toasted mashmallow flavoring

This flavoring is relatively subtle, but the flavoring gets slightly overpowering at higher concentrations.

For the next recipe, reduce/sub-out some of the black prinz and Chocolate malt for Midnight wheat and more dark crystal malts to reduce the roast flavor a little.

3#s of Lactose would also be a good call, but attenuation already sucked.

IF using marshmallow flavoring, reduce pitch down to 500ml. After the flavoring had a chance to mix in, it became pretty strong.
