Notes

Using some Red X malt I have on hand, realizing it will fall outside of the BJCP Guidelines, I just want a tasty beer - not a competition one, so SRM doesn't matter to me. Also, using hops I have on hand, I exchanged the noble East Kent Golding (which might be more to style) with some Saphir which I have on hand since it should provide the spice and some fruity notes specified in the style.
