1/7/2024 - Lowered 60 min ibu from 20.79 to 15.83 to decrease bitterness perception.
Also, increased 90L from 7.7% to 9.6% to increase caramel perception.

3/5/2024 - Try to increase mash temp from 150 to 155 or add just a little body building malts. Also, increase hop aroma & flavor for a bigger impression.
