Note: Could brew this with Weyermann Beechwood smoked barley, or Sugar Creek has an alder smoked malt that would bring it closer in line with Alaska Smoked Porter.

Ferment with Wyeast 1728 (Scottish Ale). WY 1450 (Denny's favorite) could be another good option.
