Notes

Adapted from a Pinner IPA clone recipe; adjusted for boil time and ingredients available at ritebrew.com (my LHBS). As of 12/1/2024 I've brewed this recipe 3 times with excellent results. It's on my kegerator rotation.

In the dry hops schedule I have substituted Cascade in place of Calypso, as Calypso is frequently out of stock at my LHBS. Latest brew (brew date end of Dec 2024) also substituted Motueka in place of El Dorado as it was out of stock when I was ready to brew.
