Notes

Steep the crystal 60 in water at 153 degrees for about 30 minutes, remove and add DME and bring to boil. Aroma hops added at flameout. Cool and strain to fermenter. Ferment at 68 degrees. Carbonate to 2.4 volumes CO2.
