Mash at 149 for 75 minutes
Ferment at 68, finish at 72.
Recipe says its done in 6 days...but not. I left it finish for two weeks before kegging.

Defintely had taste of a belgian ale. No "pilsner" to be found IMO based on some recipe notes. Good beer but not great.
