Shooting for Amber/Full water profile from BS3 (which looks like Bru’n Water). This beer is amber, and since the D-90 syrup is a boil addition, I’ve changed the water profile to Amber/Full.

Notes

This recipe is inspired by the Dubbel in Brewing Classic Styles, but I’m making use of ingredients in my current inventory. Will try MONK by Cellar Science which they say is similar to WY1762 — can’t beat the price at $4/packet. Will brew soon.
