Very nice beer
Clean, nice bitterness, candy like notes
May have benefitted from a little more Citra?
First time using gelatine and great clarity
Original gravity was low at 1.040 but final got to 1.007 @ 4.33% US05
2 weeks fermentation
Kegged for 4 weeks ( sugar primed keg )
