picking up ethyl acetate on the nose. flavor is thick and roasty, a little chocolaty. hopefully the nose will resolve itself. I don't pick up any flavor in the sample. Beer & Brewing article states that yeast health (yeast nutrient, oxygenation - my o2 tank was empty for this batch) and fermentation temps can help control ethyl acetate formation. I need ot remember to add yeast nutrient and oxygenate each batch.
