Notes

First time use on the Anvil Foundry with re circulator. I am guessing on the brew house efficiency of 70%.

I had a stuck sparge and I am not familiar with the Anvil foundry yet since this is my first brew. I ended up with about 5.2 Gal in the fermenter at 1.051 OG.

Keeping efficiency at 70% and changing my fermenter volume to 5.20 Gal (actual volume to the fermenter) gives a OG of 1.052 not bad for Brewer's Friend estimates and a stuck sparge on top of it all. I may have 5.25 Gal but not sure. I did stir the BIAB mash quite a bit to keep the recirculation going.
