Notes

Brought the water up to a boil, then mixed in the corn and let it cool on its own until 175, added 1 stp HTL let it continue to cool until 145 then pitched Alpha Amylase, cooled to 80 then pitched 12 cup of baker's yeast and Gluco Amylase. Attached a blow-off and let it go for 2 wks.
