Notes

Fresh Cascade hops grown by me in the mash and as late additions.
I, on advice, used a ratio of 5-6 oz of fresh = 1 oz of pelletized so we will see....sure smells great!! The beer is named for our faithful wonderful lab who died at the end of the summer at age 16. She used to love to go to the Peace Garden and watch the birds tweet and the hops grow. Man, I miss that dog.....
