Notes

Conditioned the grains. Sprayed 200ml of water.
Milled night before. Gap six speed 4 on grain mill.
Yeast Slurrey from previous, six months old. MJ M58
previous Pilsner was a bit dry inn flavour. Added some Golden promise to alleviate the dryness. Not sure it will work.
