WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Wanted to make something in the range of a IPA and New England type. I backed off the added water after a smaller boil than I normally do. ALso, I think the infusion step mash did the trick to add everything from those grains as possible for a thicker beer. Only tasting so far is when it's heading to the secodary fermenter glass carboy. Gravity at secodary transfer is 1.022. was 1.077.
The WhiteLapbs Pacific yeast was expired in Mid July and free. so not sure the efficacy with it, but good job with sa-05.
