Notes

starting with 17.5 gallons.
Displacement was...
After a 60-minute boil, I will put 5.5 gallons onto 34/70
after I pull 5.5 gallons, I will add an additional 2.25 at 170* for 15 minutes then toss that onto s-05

im afraid of displacement will start with 16 gal and add 1.5 if i can
i was only able to get 1/2 gal more in. will add extra gallon after mash

mash in temp was set to 151 kettle temp 153 raiised to 168 for 10 mins

ended with 14.5 gallons and added 1 gallon distilled

highest boil

ended with about 14 gallons

both ended 1.01
