Notes

Source: "Make Some Beer". First tasting 9/4/2023, beer had a sweet backbone, smoke was very subdued. I suspect it isn't fully conditioned because the green beer had noticeable smoke and was fairly dry. If the critique holds, I'll reverse proportions of smoked and base malt and switch to an American pale ale ISO Maris Otter. Updated mash chemistry to use chalk ISO baking soda.
