Notes

Honey and maple syrup at flameout. Pumpkin1 in mash. Pumpkin2 in primary after majority of fermentation is complete (approx 3-4 days). Shake and reactivate yeast. Final OG 1.072. Lots of rice hulls for mash! Added 10 dashes of cinnamon to pumpkin with a gallon of water boiled and cooled before addition to primary.
