Notes

SG lower than expected, so I'm going to ask the store to mill the grain twice next time.

Great flavor at 2 weeks in bottle. Flocculation in bottle was poor at 2 weeks. Head development is low for a Belgian, but it may develop more over time.

Future attempt should use Irish moss instead of gelatin. Increasing the German pils by 2 pounds, plus a pound of bodying malt (wheat, munich, or carapils) should only enrich the flavor.
