Looked like 20.75 liters in the Fast Ferment. That may be a bit generous based on the amount of liquid left in the RoboBrew. I had 62 ounces which means I should have had about 20 liters. 21.75 - 62 ounces/1.8 liters.

4 August 2023, 1800 – kegged from the primary and put in refrigerator to cold crash. I emptied the yeast ball which looked only half full of yeast so I did not draw anything else out before transfer. I hit the keg with some CO2 to bleed off the air on the top. It is light yellow and cloudy. Final gravity is 1.008 at 70 degrees according to the new hydrometer. The RAPT Pill was 1.007.680. Using 1.008 this gives it a potential alcohol of 0.7. Taste is good, slight smokiness and the color is light yellow and a bit cloudy.

7 August 2023, 1955 – took off 30 PSI and set back down to 8. Poured a beer and is great light yellow color and still a bit cloudy. Carbonation is good. Very light, but very flavorful. Smoke and wheat are subtle. No banana and clove like a hefeweizen. Very clean. |
