Process:

Partial with about 2.5 Gal. Strike Water
mash for 60 minutes @150 Deg F.
Sparge with 1 Gal. 170 Deg. F.
Add 1/3 LME
Boil down for 45 minutes with hop addition #1
Add last 2/3 LME
Finish boil with last two hop additions
add 2+ Gal. cool water and reduce to pitch temp of 70 Deg. F. using wort chiller
