Notes

Brewing on a 9 Gal Brewzilla 110V, so I aimed for a thinner mash (2.00 pt/gal) to achieve a lower 'sparge' volume for ease during the brew day. I also added a protein rest, but this is not required and can be substituted by adding 1.5 lb of rice hulls to the mash.
