Notes

At knockout adjust pH to 5.15

Do 64F and ramp to 70F when fermentation slows.

Use ALDC on second dry hop to avoid hop creep/VDK.

Chill to 50F, taste and add third dry hop if needed. One to two ounces of Citra and let sit for 24 hours.
