Notes

Amber-colored Kolsch. Kind of falls somewhere between (darker) Kolsch, International Amber Lager, and Vienna Lager. Inspired by Santo, a Black Kolsch by St. Arnold's, but lightened to an amber hue. Could use any Kolsch or German Ale hybrid-type yeast.
