Notes

Both batches of peaches mashed and juiced with pulp added to a muslin bag.

Secondary batch of peaches halved and pitted then frozen and dethawed before mashing and pitching.

Whirlpool added fresh mashed peaches flesh and juice, lactose, lemons peeled and juiced, and dried lime peel.
